We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If there is any flaw in our product--shipping damage, damage at all--contact us. We will do our best to assess the damage and either refund or replace the item. Please be aware that you will pay return shipping costs depending on the return or exchange. If an item is unwanted or not needed anymore, we have a 25% restocking fee. In this case, the cost of shipping the item back to us, will not be reimbursed. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with reimbursement.
